DrNirdosh.com are proud to offer a delivery service throughout the world to all our loyal customers and we continually strive to provide the most innovative anti-ageing skin treatments. All Standard UK delivery orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days unless you select our next day delivery service. 

NEXT DAY SERVICE: Available Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. Next day orders must be placed before 3pm to ensue next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.

USA - Standard Delivery only - approx. 4-8 working days

Europe: Standard Delivery Only - approximately 4-8 working days

Returns:

At DrNirdosh.com we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, send it back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will issue an exchange or full refund on receipt of the item providing all items are unused and in their original condition. If you need to return the item, please notify us of your intention to return an item via email at customerservice@drnirdosh.com with your order number and reason for return. Send the item back to us in its original condition and unused, and a refund will be issued to you via the original method of payment, within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Please also enclose the dispatch note with your order number and fill out the returns form. You will receive email notification from us to confirm that we have received the item. We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs. As the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we strongly recommend that you send it back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods for your own protection (recorded delivery service). The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and we cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost in transit
