But Sophie Anderton got stuck in at a tough boot camp on a chilly Norfolk beach on Friday.
The former Gossard model, 32, swapped her usual designer clothes and Jimmy Choo shoes for a clinging vest, cropped leggings and trainers to take part in a series of vigorous individual and team exercises.
