Danni Minogue 'I'm Finished with Botox'

Considering some of the acts at The X Factor auditions, she needs to be able to raise an  eyebrow or two. Which is why Dannii Minogue says it is time for her to give up her Botox injections.

The 38-year-old Australian singer is, she insists, ready for a more natural look. But it seems no one told the airbrushers. In pictures accompanying an interview in Grazia magazine, Miss Minogue appears to have been given something of a helping hand. Lines have disappeared from her face while her taut jawline and perfectly defined lips look too good to be true. Photo expert James Facey said: 'Airbrushing is mainly noticeable around the jowls and mouth. 'Many of the character lines have been removed. The studio image looks at least ten years younger. 'Interestingly, some of the crow's feet have been left in so, overall, it doesn't look too false.'

Miss Minogue, the younger sister of pop star Kylie, attracted unflattering comments about her lack of facial expressions as an X Factor judge. 'I see the comments. Plastic. All Botox,' she said. 'I can see what people see, but I have to say that – while I have been open about doing it – I'm not doing it now.'

When she returns to our screens on the ITV series next month, viewers can expect a much more natural complexion. She added: 'For The X Factor, it is actually quite useful to be able to have facial expressions!'

Sandra Bullock Naked at 44 - 'NO BIG DEAL'

It seems to be most womens nightmare, but not Sandra Bullocks. She bares all and strips naked in her new romantic comedy movie 'The Proposal'. The once prim and proper actress said she found the whole experience amazingly succcesful and even joked further that with such box office success she would definitely be stripping again.

At 44, Sandra looks amazing and stated that she got down to the gym and cut those excess carbs. It just shows that being confident and proud of your body, and taking due care & attention, can make you body beautiful at any age.

Women and Celebs rely on Looks for Confidence

Women's self-confidence is nearly twice as reliant on their physical appearance as that of men, according to Britain's first Self-Confidence Index.

Brit women appear to have 6% less self-belief than men (60% compared to 66%), and this seems to be influenced by varying factors. Women are nearly twice as likely to be boosted by being complimented on their appearance, whilst men's inner happiness seems to come more from family, work and social life than their looks.

The process of wanting to look and feel sensational is plastered everywhere in society and it is virtually impossible to avoid being drawn into wanting to emulate our modern day beauty icons such as Gwyneth Paltrow. Icons are overtly known to radiate confidence through there looks and lifestyles.

According to the survey, a quarter of women cite appearance and diet as major factors in affecting how they feel about themselves, and perhaps unsurprisingly, 54% of women feel more self-confident after having a great haircut.

How confident women feel is also clearly linked to health and well-being, with two in five women saying their self-confidence levels have increased due to improved diet.

Jennifer Aniston, Definitely Fourty Years Younger!

I’ve always been an avid advocate of age and tried to explain to women that you can always look beautiful and so much sexier with age, providing you have taken measures to ensure that you keep those wrinkles at bay. Vital skincare maintenance creams and an array of essential skin cocktails of specific skin capsules are the golden ticket.Women must understand that skin composition changes as we evolve, just as will your body, but depending on whether you let it age gracefully or disgracefully are really two different issues. Women who are ignorant to the facts of skin ageing and believe you can’t beat pre-mature ageing, unfortunately are normally the ones who also don’t believe that a women can look good just by changing her skincare programme to an age specific one. The consequence of such a closed mind is not only so out of fashion but also quite harrowing on the long term condition of their skin. Whereas the women who embrace change and welcome youth preservation with open arms normally take the vital time to educate themselves a little, and in their quest are rewarded as they do discover the holy grail of everlasting youth. They find out about the vital nutrients, molecules and skin care essentials needed to help repair age damaged skin to reveal a more youthful, brighter, younger, and more tighter face.

Jennifer Aniston here at 40, and she looks sensational. I can assure you that she is probably forever fussing over her skin maintenance regime and with due respect, as she looks effortlessly 40, and show no signs of age acceleration. If she continues to ensure her skin cells are receiving their vital quantity of hormones supplementation and nourishment, you can rest assured that she will look just as good when she hits 50.

Another Celeb Pre-Planning Baby Weight Loss

Kate Garraway is already planning how to lose her baby weight, despite being two months away from giving birth and now seems to have followed a whole host of celebs who think that early baby weight loss planning is a normal process of being seen in public.

The GMTV presenter has reportedly lined up a fitness trainer from The Biggest Loser, which she has just finished filming for ITV.

She told Closer magazine: "I've asked them if they'll help me. They do such amazing things on the show and tailor their workouts to fit you perfectly. I think it would be great to have someone telling me exactly what to do to get back in shape."

While Kate is keen to slim back into her pre-pregnancy jeans, she's hoping her thyroid condition won't affect her too much this time, after she dropped to 7st 7lb, six months after the birth of daughter, Darcey.

She confided: "I had people asking me if I was anorexic after I'd had Darcey, but I was actually ill. The medication sorted it out though, and doctors say there's no reason why it should happen again, so I'm not too worried."

Top English actress Emma Thompson has enlisted the help of Madonna's personal trainer to help her to stay in shape.

The 50-year-old Oscar winner - adamant she has no plans to resort to surgery - is being put through her paces by fitness guru Tracy Anderson, who also counts Gwyneth Paltrow as a client."I have to work hard to regain a shape I'm happy with, which is very feminine," Emma explained to Source magazine. "It’s a combination of stuff. Cardio, and running around until you start to sweat and go red in the face."

Speaking about plastic surgery the Nanny McPhee star said: "I'm not fiddling about with myself!""The trick is to age honestly and gracefully, and make it look great so that everyone looks forward to it," she added

Lorraine Kelly Attacks Nicole Kidman's Botox Looks

Botox has split celebrities, there are those who admit to using it like Kylie Minogue and Jordan while some despise it, Lorraine Kelly has revealed she falls into the later category launching a scathing attack on the wrinkle reducing technique and the stars who use it, particularly Nicole Kidman.

The GMTV presenter told the Sunday Mail that she would never have cosmetic surgery or use botox. She said: "I don't understand Botox. Why would you want to put poison in your face so it doesn't move? I find wrinkles attractive - they show someone has lived.

"I used to think Nicole Kidman was beautiful but now her face doesn't move. It's a shame people feel they have to do that."

Lorraine also laid into extreme dieting saying that loosing lots of weight can leave women very ill and unhappy. She said that women will be happy with what they had.

Nicole has had some support though from singer Anastasia who told a German TV show: "I met Nicole Kidman on a German TV show and we really hit it off. I know everyone talks about her forehead saying it doesn't move, but it looked good to me and I'm in no position to criticise - I use Botox and think it's wonderful."

Brits don't eat diets rich in Anti-oxidants to protect their skin

Consumer poll  has shown that almost half (47 per cent) of Brits do not think about eating a diet rich in antioxidants when it comes to protecting their skin. Additionally, over three quarters (78 per cent) of UK adults do not drink the recommended eight glasses of water a day, which can also help keep their skin healthy.

A diet rich in antioxidants helps protect the body from the damaging effects of free radicals caused by pollution and smoke, and play a role in helping maintain skin health. High factor sun protection is also needed to protect the skin from the sun’s harmful rays. "Feed your skin from the inside out with a healthy diet and plenty of water. Make sure that you eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day to boost levels of skin-protecting antioxidants such as beta-carotene, vitamin C and vitamin E. Remember that fresh, frozen, canned, dried, 100% juice and smoothies all count towards your daily five."

Lutein and Lycopene .. antioxidants to help protect the skin from the visible signs of ageing Omega 3 fatty acids .. to provide flexibility to cell walls in the body and so support supple skin Kelp .. a marine vegetable that complements our skin nutrient complex by providing a comprehensive range of minerals. Victoria turns 35 and refuses to age!

Victoria Beckham may not look like some one who needs to exercise but the former Spice Girl has started a strict fitness and beauty regime to help her look younger. Posh turned 35 this month and is apparently terrified about getting older and is doing all she can to turn back the hands of time including rejoining her old gym and been even stricter with her diet.

A source told Star magazine: " Victoria really felt that 35 was a turning point. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2007, she been surrounded by young Hollywood stars and she wants to keep up with them." "Victoria was working out at home with David. But now he's in Milan, she hates working out alone. So she rejoined the gym. She seems to be asking for more treatments - she has more treatments than any other member."

The source added: "Her diet consists mostly of fish and vegetables. She works hard at it every single day. She knows she's getting older, so is very particular about what she eats. She also drinks lots of water - at least two litres a day. It's great for her skin and it helps keep her body from holding on to sodium, which makes it look bloated." Sounds like Victoria is very committed - not that we think she needs to worry about anything, she always looks great!

The Bafta's 2009 'Red Carpert Winners'

  DAVINA McCALL

The BAFTA'S are over and everyone says its all about the taking part, well no matter how much you believe that, one thing you can be sure of, is that the real winners are not in the theatre but on the red carpet and it always tends to be the ones who are true to themselves and don’t try too hard to grab the limelight that end up looking oh so divine.

Our three ladies that we have picked not only look sensational but also are  winners in their fields ,and deservedly so, one of them was given the ultimate accolade on the night.

Taking of divine, its Davina McCall and her blue dress shimmers with summer nights as she glows on that carpet and chooses a colour instead of her normal statement of designer black, and we say good on her as this really grabs the limelight for all the right reasons.

JENNIFER SAUNDERS

Finally we think she deserves the praise and accolade of the fellowship of BAFTA as not only is she a true leader who has inspired many females in her profession but also she looks really good. Jennifer Saunders was honoured with her partner dawn French and she probably looked better than she ever has. We can only say she is truly absolutely fabulous tonight in that dress.

US Actress Brooke Shields feels Age is a Concern

Brooke Shields forgets she is too old for certain roles. The 43-year-old actress has to constantly remind herself she's not in her 20s anymore when considering her next career moves.

The former 'Lipstick Jungle' star said: "For years, I was the youngest person on the set, and it occurred to me recently that I wasn't 26! I'd read a script and say, 'Oh, that's a great character, that's something I'd love to do

And they'd say, 'Um, no, we're thinking of you for the mother.' And then I'd say, 'Oh, of course! Of course! I knew that.' "

Brooke - who shot to fame as a model when she was just 14 years old - believes there are far less parts for actresses once they reach their 40s.

She added: "There aren't a lot of movies out there for my age group. They're still stopping at the mid-30s. Then you're Diane Keaton or Glenn Close.

"I always find it funny that so many skin cream adverts star people like Jessica Alba. She's gorgeous, and 12! They're all that age! I don't care how much La Mer I put on my skin, I'm not going to have Jessica Alba's face!"

Even though she feels rejected by the film and modelling industry, Brooke still thinks she is beautiful.

She told America's More magazine: "I'm proud of my longevity more than anything else. There's a lot to be said for endurance. I'm trying to find the beauty in the whole picture rather than the crow's feet.

"Sure, I wish I had the face I had a decade ago, but I don't. People say, 'I love my wrinkles.' I don't love my wrinkles - come on!

Joan Collins Slams Botox and credits skincare for her good looks

Former Dynasty star Joan Collins has vowed never to use Botox - because the long-term effects of the wrinkle-fighting injections remain unknown.

The 75-year-old actress is baffled as to why her Hollywood peers often pay to undergo the cosmetic treatment, insisting she doesn't like the frozen facial expressions it creates.

And she maintains it is dangerous to use Botox without fully researching its side effects

She tells Britain's Ok! magazine, "I think Botox is poison. I don't believe in it. We haven't found out the long-term effects of what putting botulism in our faces can do. And I don't like that look."

And the veteran star believes it is possible to hold back the years without resorting to drastic treatment.

Fab at 40 - Super bodies of Ageless Supermodels

Don’t they look fab. Both Cindy Crawford and Helena Christensen were the supermodels of the 90’s but looking at these holiday pics, you would easily think that they had just stepped off a catwalk yesterday.

Helena Christensen looks half her age as she wows in a tiny purple bikini on the beach and Cindy Crawford still has the same measurements as in her modelling heyday, 20 years ago. In a recent interview the supermodel Cindy said she had no complaints about her body.'I think I look pretty good for 43, but I don't look the way I did when I was 23,' she said. And she also admitted she has cellulite: 'I do, and I never said I didn't.

It just proof to all the women out there that you can have a beautiful body and stunning skin at any age providing you follow the rules.

Geri Halliwell says Botox gave me a Headache

Geri Halliwell has admitted having botox, but says she didn't really enjoy the experience.

The former Spice Girl said she was put off by the experience, claiming it gave her a 'headache', but won't rule out having the procedure done again.

She told Red Magazine: "Years ago in America, when Botox was new, I had some squirted into my forehead and it gave me a headache. I’m not saying I’ll never do it again, but for now I strive to look for examples that show me it’s OK to age."

Despite a new positive outlook on ageing, Geri still admits she has some days of self doubt.

She adds: "I have to go in front of that camera now as a 36-year-old woman and be as confident as I can. I know other women can relate to that.

"We all  face it. For me, it’s heightened, because my weight and my body and the way I look have been closely documented throughout my career. Believe me, I’ve had my moments.

"I have days of self-doubt, but I think the kindest thing I can do  to myself is accept where my body is at. I’m done with trying to be perfect. A perfect body belongs to somebody else- and it’s not me."

Jennifer Lopez Reveals Her Simple Anti-Ageing Secret

Jennifer Lopez has given away her secret for looking young.

The singer and actress told OK! magazine that her youthful looks were down to "happiness".

The 39-year-old was speaking at a dinner to celebrate the launch of Top Shop in New York. But it isn't smiles alone that keep her young. The actress and singer said sleep was also important. How much shut-eye J-Lo gets is open to question. The star has year-old twins to occupy her. "They're walking, they're talking, babbling a lot," she told reporters.

Kylie admits to using Botox but prefers more natural methods

Pop star Kylie Minogue has revealed the secret to her ever-youthful appearance she's admitted having Botox in a bid to hold back the years.

The Spinning Around hit maker's stunning appearance hasn't changed over her 20 year career - despite turning 40 earlier this year.

But the singer confesses it isn't without a little bit of help.

Minogue tells Elle magazine, "I'm definitely not one of those people who says, 'You shouldn't do this.' Everyone individually can do what they want.

"I'm preferring to be a lot more natural these days. I've tried Botox, I've tried all (kinds of things)."

Penelope Cruz has vowed to grow old gracefully like her icon Sophia Loren and insists she will not have cosmetic surgery to keep her looks.

The actress says she is looking forward to getting older and is not worried about getting grey hair and wrinkles.

Penelope told Cosmopolitan: "Age holds absolutely no fear for me. There is so much enjoyment ahead.

"Sophia is 74 and amazing - every time I talk to her, she's full of wonderful stories about old actors."

That's easy for someone so naturally beautiful to say but it seems Penelope has body hang ups just like the rest of us. She said: "I know myself a little bit more (as I grow older)... but I wish I was less insecure.

"I've always had my insecurities and most of them have not gone away. I guess we're all vulnerable

Finally do remember that many celebrities are now openly saying that they no longer feel the need for such extremities to achieve that youthful glow and would rather use more natural methods such as correct skincare programmes and nutritional plans to help them actually heal the skin from deep within. As it’s here that is the cause root of the problem and tacking this effectively will instantly allow your skin to de-age and become so younger looking. So don’t feel inclined or pressured to do something if you don’t want to, as something fashionably savvy today can fast become all so yesterday!

Dolly Parton “owes” it to her fans to have plastic surgery.

The ‘9 to 5’ singer, who has had several cosmetic procedures, believes it is important for a rich celebrity to maintain their good looks.

The 63-year-old busty blonde is quoted as saying: "I'm a proud person, I'm not vain. I look at it like it is – if you've got the money and you're going to be out there, you owe it to people not to look like a dog if you can help it.

"If I have one more face-lift I'll have a beard!"

The country legend, who wears revealing clothes which accentuate her 40DD breasts, also defended her trashy image as she believes it has helped make her a star.

She added: “I dress this way for the same reasons I did when I first started doing it. It still comes from a place inside of me.

“I get up in the morning, and I think I just look better a certain way. I do my make-up. I want to shine, I want to glitter.

“I’m just doing it to look like Dolly – the Dolly that I know and the Dolly that you know.”

Angelina Jolie proves again that she not only has the looks, but the camera appeal that other actresses would die for. Her husband Brad who features in the new Quentin Tarantino war epic Inglorious Bestards, was there promtoing the film, but again she easily stole the show on the red carpet in her Versace Gown. Her slender frame and stunningly good skin always shows what future planning, vital skin care and clever body maintenance routines, can give you back in return when you most need it. Who said ageing gracefully is hard!

She has a body to make women half her age green with envy. Yet unlike so many of her contemporaries, Marie Helvin's youthful looks owe nothing to the cosmetic surgeon's knife - or even to the wonders of Botox. Instead, the 56-year-old says the secrets of her success are simply soap, water and lashings of moisturiser. The supermodel, who is single, said: 'Whatever I use on
